Submissions

When submitting please follow the guidelines outlined on this page. Upon reviewing submissions, HAPKE MEDIA reserves the rights to accept or deny any submission we receive. Submissions are reviewed based on their relevance. HAPKE MEDIA looks to publish the highest quality work.
Anyone (who has the permission of the copyright holder) is eligible to submit (photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, etc.). 

WHAT TO SUBMIT

This submission form is for single images with an image title, short description (optional) and credits.
Anyone (who has the permission of the copyright holder) is eligible to submit (photographers, wardrobe stylists, makeup artists, etc.).

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

– Please submit 1 – 5 images for review.
– All images must be retouched and edited. 
– Images cannot contain logos or watermarks.

– Credits => We copy and paste each name directly from your file. We do not offer complimentary revision unless the mistake is on our end. Therefore, please double check the accuracy of the information you provide.
– Be sure to include a title for your editorial. We reserve the right to modify your title or apply a different title to fit with the flow of the issue.
– Photos that don’t have dimensions we require will be cropped to make them fit.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

— Image selection and layout is determined by us. We might not use all images provided.

— HAPKE MEDIA doesn’t provide free print copies for free submissions. You can ask for a purchase offer. Advertisers get 1 print copy.

— Tear sheets will be sent 7-21 days after released.

— Do not send images by email!

— We will not be accepting Russian submissions for the duration of the Ukraine war.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

As a contributor you must be copyright holder or own and display the rights to publish.
You declare to own all the rights, necessary to submit this Photograph to HAPKE MEDIA and I understand that I am granting HAPKE MEDIA the rights to use it in the following ways:
• to publish in print, online and/or in digital format
• to publish it on Social Media (Instagram, etc) and on the websites, which shall include the Photographer’s name.

If which ever submission(s) get involved with any copyright entanglement because of the above, your eligibility will automatically be revoked. You will be responsible for all the legal consequences under all circumstances regardless of HAPKE MEDIA magazine’s awareness or not.

In order to achieve a better page layout design, TENDENCY has the right to use, enlarge, reduce and/or crop the original photograph.
